| Utilisation conditions of Aluar's website |
1. General Purpose
1.1. ALUAR Aluminio Argentino S.A.I.C. ("Aluar") operates and maintains this Internet Site ("Website") with the object of providing free information, education and communication to all those who visit it.
1.2. This Website supplies general information and news, including but not limited to, information related to the aluminium industry and information on products and services offered by Aluar. The utilisation of the contents of this Website is for non-commercial, personal use only.
2. Acceptance of the Utilisation Terms. All visitor(s) ("User" or "Users") that access and browse this Website are subject to the following Utilisation Terms ("Terms"), and to the modifications made by Aluar to these Terms according to the following. To use this Website, the User accepts and is subject to these Terms. If the User prefers not to be subject to these Terms, the User must not use this Website.
3. Terms modifications. Termination
3.1. Aluar will have the right at any moment and without prior notification, to revise the terms and provisions of these Terms and/or to impose new terms and conditions for access or browsing of this Website. These revisions and additions will come into force immediately after their notification that can be made by any media including, without limitations, the publication of the revised or additional terms and conditions on the Website. Users that access or browse this Website after notification of the revision and/or additions to these Terms will be subject to the Terms and it will be understood that the User accepts these revisions and/or additions.
3.2. Aluar will have the right to terminate this Website or any product or service described on the Website, or the right of any individual to access or use any part of the Website or any product or service offered through this Website, at any moment and without prior notification to the Users.
4. Contents of this Website. The information and material on this Website may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions, or may not be updated. Aluar may change, erase or update any information and material placed on the Website at any moment and without prior notification to the Users, therefore no information must be interpreted as firm or definite. The information and material placed on the Website are solely informative and Aluar is under no obligation related to this information. Additionally, the information placed on the Website by any individual does not necessarily reflect Aluar's opinion. In no case shall Aluar be responsible for news, information or data placed on the Website by third parties.
5. Access Right Denial. Aluar will have the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to a User, without further explanations.
6. Technical Aspects. Each User is responsible for the provision and adequate operation of all the equipment and software necessary to access the Internet and the Website, assuming full responsibility of the risks entailed in the use of these equipment and software.
7. Obligations related to non-interference, damage or alteration of the Website. Users must in no way modify the software or functionality of the Website. 8.1. All the contents and design of this Website belong exclusively to Aluar and all trademarks and logos are registered trademarks. The User must be fully aware that the software used on this Website, the configurations, exhibits, pages and all information or content that appear on this Website or that are exhibited in relation to it -the name of the Website, Aluar's logo, Aluar's commercial denomination and the names and design of the products, that will be collectively called "Aluar's Sole Property" - are protected by the laws of intellectual property, including national and international copyright, trademark rights and laws applicable to commercial secrecy. Aluar reserves all rights related to Aluar's Sole Property.
8.2. Up to the limits allowed by the applicable laws, the User agrees not to copy or reproduce directly or indirectly, without Aluar’s prior written consent, all or any part of Aluar’s property, either electronically, mechanically or any other method including, but not limited to, a copy of the presentation style, contents or organization of the content. Nevertheless, the User may download the Website pages onto the User’s computer system as part of his access to our Website and for non-commercial, personal use only, but the User may not make copies nor distribute, publish, reproduce or retransmit any information, nor commercially exploit any information in transactions with third parties, neither partially nor totally, and will be subject to the governing laws. Aluar allows the Users to browse its Website and to print copies of extracts of the Website, for the personal use of the User. Additionally, other trademarks and/or copyrights that appear on the Website and information specifically related to certain companies may also be subject to third parties' rights. The User accepts that he will respect, and not violate in any way, third parties' rights.

Any information or material sent to Aluar through any link provided on this Website will be deemed NOT to be confidential and the User will guarantee that the data is true and precise, and that the User is authorized to provide the data to Aluar and authorizes its use, and that the data do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. By thus sending Aluar any information or material, the User irrevocably grants Aluar an unrestricted, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, reproduce, perform, modify and transmit those materials or information and accepts that the supply of these data and their future use by Aluar or by third parties, is totally free, and without limitations of any type according to law, expressly renouncing to any payment of any type for the use of the information supplied.

Links to websites operated by third parties, including corporate members of Aluar or of the distribution network authorised by Aluar, do not in any way entail ratification or approval by Aluar of the material created or published, neither their contents, policies nor practices. The products shown on this Website are directly commercialised by Aluar, except the products fabricated by Aluar Fabricated Products Division, that are commercialised by Aluar's Distribution Network. The distributors are independent businesses that commercialise the products and Aluar does is not liable for any commercial operations between the distributors and their clients. This Website may include information on products that are not commercialised in Argentina, or that are commercialised with different technical characteristics.
11. Responsibility limits. In no event will Aluar be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages whatsoever, be it contractual or extra-contractual, including negligence, for any use of this Website, or of any other hyperlinked website, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on the User's information handling system or otherwise.
