The National Securities Commission (NSC, in Spanish "Comisión Nacional de Valores -C.N.V.-") is a self-governing entity and it has full jurisdiction over the entire Argentine Republic.
The NSC was created by Public Offer Law No. 17.811. Its main purpose is to ensure the transparency of Argentina's securities markets and the market price formation process, as well as to protect investors.
